【中文摘要】 采用室內(nèi)培養(yǎng)的方法 ,來(lái)研究白蟻蟻巢的熱水浸提物對(duì)雞【絲生長(zhǎng)的影響 ,探索雞【絲的營(yíng)養(yǎng)特征。研究發(fā)現(xiàn)蟻巢熱水浸提物對(duì)黃褐紋雞【絲的生長(zhǎng)具有至關(guān)重要的、必不可少的作用 ,而蟻巢熱水浸提物的量的多少對(duì)菌絲生長(zhǎng)的影響不大。

【英文摘要】 The effect of hot water extractive of termitarium on the growth of hyphae of termitophile(Termitomyces striatus f.ochraceus.Heim)was studied in this paper to explored hyphae nutritional characteristics of this mushroom in vitro.We found that the hot water extractive of termitarium is important and necessary to the growth of hyphae of termitophile.But the quantity of extractive is unremarkable effect on the growth of hyphae.
