【中文摘要】 采用dsRNA檢測技術(shù)對福建農(nóng)林大學(xué)菌物研究中心收集的68個香菇(Lentinula edodes)菌株進行dsRNA存在程度檢測。結(jié)果顯示,52個菌株檢測到dsRNA,16株(其中7株是野生菌株)沒有檢測到dsRNA;根據(jù)電泳圖譜,可將香菇的dsRNA分為6種類型。

【英文摘要】 Fifty one Lentinula edodes cultivars and one wild type strain deposited in the culture collection of the Mycological Research Center of Fujian Agriculture and Forest University were found to contain dsRNA,which was separable into six different types based on the size and number of bands revealed by gel electrophoresis.No dsRNA was detected in a further 16 L.edodes strains,which included seven strains collected from the wild.
