【中文摘要】 肉湯常量稀釋法確定糞鬼傘粗提物對金黃色葡萄球菌、肺炎鏈球菌、埃希氏大腸桿菌、銅綠假單胞菌、白色念珠菌5種受試菌進行體外抑菌試驗,測定最小抑菌濃度(MIC),并選取EAC、HepA和S180腫瘤細胞進行體外抑瘤實驗。結(jié)果表明,除對白色念珠菌沒有抑制作用外,糞鬼傘粗提物對受試細菌均有不同程度的抑菌效果,其中對金黃色葡萄球菌、肺炎鏈球菌、埃希氏大腸桿菌、銅綠假單胞菌的MIC分別為32mg·mL-1、16mg·mL-1、16mg·mL-1、32mg·mL-1。糞鬼傘粗提物對EAC、HepA和S180腫瘤細胞均有明顯的抑制作用,抑制率均在50%以上。

【英文摘要】 Aqueous extracts, isolated from the mycelium of liquid-cultured Coprinus sterqulinus Fr., were selected to investigate the antibacterial activity against 5 species of pathogenic and non-pathogenic microorganisms, such as Staphylococcus aureus, Ktebsiella pneumoniae, Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Candida albicans. The antibacterial activity of Coprinus sterqulinus Fr. extracts was measured in terms of the minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) . The MIC of aqueous extracts against S. aureus, K. pneumoniae, E. coli, P. aeruginosa were 32 mg·mL-1, 16 mg·mL-1, 16 mg·mL-1, 32 mg·mL-1. However it did not exhibit antibacterial activity against C. albicans. Aqueous extracts of Coprinus sterqulinus Fr. showed better toxic effect on EAC, HepA and S180 cells, with the suppression ratio being higher than 50% for all these cell lines.
