【中文摘要】 通過對四株野生菌株和兩株福建省當(dāng)家栽培菌株的生活條件 ,菌絲生長速度和產(chǎn)量進(jìn)行比較 ,結(jié)果顯示 ,不同的茶薪菇菌株對生活條件的要求基本一致 ,供試的 6株菌株的菌絲生長最適C :N為 10 :1、最適溫度為 2 5℃、最適pH值為 6 0。菌絲生長速度和產(chǎn)量的比較試驗(yàn)結(jié)果由高至低的順序?yàn)锳g -F1、Ag -F6、Ag -F5、Ag-F2、Ag -F3、Ag -F4 ,并且各菌株間存在顯著差異

【英文摘要】 A comparative study on life conditions,mycelia growth speed and yields of four wild strains and two strains cultivated in Fujian Province was reported in this paper.The results showed that different strains of Agrocybe chaxingu required almost same life conditions;the optimum growth conditions of mycelia of six strains are:C/N is 10/1,temperature is 25℃,pH is 6.0 Growth speed of mycelia and yields were in such an order,i.e.,Ag-F1>Ag-F6>Ag-F5>Ag-F2>Ag-F3>Ag-F4,and there is significant difference between these strains.
