【摘要】 對(duì)應(yīng)"南菇北移"的食用菌產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展趨勢(shì),概述了黑木耳產(chǎn)業(yè)形成"北耳南擴(kuò)"趨勢(shì)的原因,介紹了"北耳南擴(kuò)"之喜憂(yōu),并提出了應(yīng)對(duì)措施。

【Abstract】 According to the development trend of the edible mushroom industry of cultivation from south to north in China,the reason of cultivation spread of Auricularia auricula from north to south in China was summarized in this paper and introduced its advantage and disadvantage.The counter measures were raised.
